Sanders M. TREVATHAN, Private. 2nd Regiment North Carolina State Troops, Company B.

Enlisted in Wilson County on 5 May 1862, for the war. First reported on company muster roll for May 1 – Aug 31, 1864. Reported as present with the remark: “In hospital at Staunton, VA. Has returned to duty.” Sept – Oct, 1864 muster roll carries him as “absent wounded at Cedar Creek and sent to hospital.” Admitted to hospital in Richmond, VA on 24 Dec 1864, with gunshot wound of the right arm. Furloughed for 60 days on 1 March 1865. NO FURTHER MILITARY RECORD.
